Where to place it

Place a QuantaGram on or near any of these points. Most sit on both sides of the body.

  1. Upper abdomen · CV-12

On the midline, four finger widths above the navel. Traditionally associated with a settled, balanced feeling through the midsection.

  2. Lower abdomen · CV-6

On the midline, two finger widths below the navel. Traditionally associated with steady energy for active routines.

  3. Below the knee · ST-36

Four finger widths below the kneecap and one finger width outside the shin bone, in a slight dip in the muscle. Sit to find it. Both legs. Traditionally associated with sustained, everyday energy.

  4. Above the knee · SP-10

With the knee slightly bent, two finger widths above the inner edge of the kneecap, on the bulge of the thigh muscle. Both legs. Traditionally associated with balance and ease.

  5. Inner ankle · SP-6

Four finger widths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shin bone. Both legs. Traditionally associated with balance and ease. Do not use during pregnancy.

  6. Inner wrist · HT-7

On the wrist crease, little-finger side, in the small hollow just inside the bony bump. Both wrists. Traditionally associated with a calm, settled mind and staying connected to your goals.

A modern take on a traditional practice

Traditional acupressure maps points across the body. A QuantaGram™ brings that practice into everyday life: place one on or near a point and wear it through your day.

Questions, answered

Can't find what you need? Contact your Quantum Lifestyle affiliate or our support team.

How do I fit it into my routine?

Place one each morning and wear it through the day, alongside the activity and healthy habits that work for you.

Which points are a good start?

The upper and lower abdomen points (CV-12 and CV-6) are the foundation of the guide. Add the below-the-knee point on active days.

Can I use Fit during pregnancy?

Ask your doctor first, and skip the inner-ankle point (SP-6).

Can I reuse a QuantaGram?

No. QuantaGrams are disposable: remove and discard, then place a fresh one.

What is a QuantaGram?

A 20 mm self-adhesive holographic sticker, Quantum Infused™ with our proprietary seven-step method, worn on or near traditional acupressure points. Nothing enters the body.

How do I apply one?

Start with clean, dry skin, free of oils or lotions. Peel a QuantaGram from the sheet and press it on or near the point.

Where can I wear them?

On skin, over clothing, on a bandage, or tucked inside a shoe near the point.

It won't stay on. What can I do?

The adhesive is food grade and may not hold on every skin type. Clean, dry skin helps, and a bandage or medical tape over the top keeps it in place.

Can I combine QuantaGrams?

Yes. QuantaGrams can be worn with other QuantaGrams and with the Carbon Line.

Can I use them if I'm pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care?

Ask your doctor first. Some points, including the inner-ankle point (SP-6), should be skipped during pregnancy.

Are these medical devices?

No. Quantum Lifestyle products are wellness accessories, not drugs, supplements or medical devices. They haven't been evaluated by the FDA and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What's your guarantee?

Every retail order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is AutoShip?

An optional monthly order of a single kit at a lower price ($54.95 for a QuantaGram kit). You can change, pause, skip or cancel it before the next order processes. AutoShip isn't available on packs or books.

Where can I buy Quantum Lifestyle products?

Only from Quantum Lifestyle and its independent affiliates. They aren't sold on Amazon or in stores.
