Welcome to our Policies & Procedures — the handbook for how we work together. It covers enrolling and sponsoring, orders and returns, commissions, advertising and online conduct, and how we handle problems when they come up.
Most of it you'll never need to think about. It's here so there's a clear answer when a question does arise. Start with your Sponsor or upline, and if you need more help, email us at support@quantumlifestyle.com.
These Policies are updated as laws and our markets change, and the version on this page is always the current one.

Change in version 3.0 — online conduct. The former Personal Web Site, Online Marketing and Advertising Policy (also published as the Website, Social Media and Online Sales Policy) is withdrawn as a separate document as of the Effective Date above. Its requirements now appear in full in Affiliate Agreement Section 6. Section 9.4 below is a cross-reference, not a second copy. Any reference in any Company document to the Personal Web Site Policy or the Website Policy is a reference to Affiliate Agreement Section 6.
The Company pledges to: provide prompt, professional, courteous service; provide quality products at fair prices; exchange or refund per the Return Policy; deliver orders promptly and accurately; pay commissions accurately and on time; expedite orders or payments where an error or unreasonable delay occurs; roll out new products, programs, and Compensation Plan or Policy changes with Affiliate input and planning; support, protect and defend the integrity of the opportunity; and offer growth by way of the principles of Servant Leadership.
Affiliates are expected to: conduct themselves professionally, honestly, and considerately; present corporate and product information accurately; present the Compensation Plan and Return Policy completely and accurately; not make exaggerated income claims; make reasonable efforts to support, train, and service their downline; refrain from cross-line recruiting, unhealthy competition, and unethical practices; provide positive guidance while avoiding interference with other organizations, with no cross-line training without the applicable upline leader's consent; support, protect and defend the integrity of the opportunity; and accurately complete and submit the Affiliate Agreement and supporting documentation on time.
"Agreement" means the Affiliate Agreement together with these Policies and the Compensation Plan.
The sponsoring Affiliate is responsible for providing the most current version of these Policies and the Compensation Plan to each applicant before execution.
1.2(C) Additional incorporated policies. Affiliates must comply with all published Company policies and agreements, including the Affiliate Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Returns and Shipping Policy, the Approved Language Guide, and any compliance guidance, disclosures, or official materials ("Official Company Materials"). Where a separate policy applies to a specific topic, that policy governs that topic and is incorporated by reference. Online presence, advertising, and online selling are governed by Affiliate Agreement Section 6.
Quantum Lifestyle is a direct sales company marketing wellness (do-it-yourself acupressure) products through a network of independent business owners.
Affiliates must comply with the Affiliate Agreement as amended, all national, federal, state, provincial and local laws, and these Policies.
Questions go to your Sponsor or upline first, then to the Compliance Department by support ticket in your Back Office.
The Company may amend the Agreement and product prices at its sole discretion. This does not apply to any binding dispute-resolution or arbitration provision, which may only be modified by mutual consent (Affiliate Agreement Section 22.5).
Amendments are effective immediately on notice by posting on the official website, by email, or in writing through newsletters or other communication channels.
The Company has no responsibility for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, labor difficulties, transportation difficulties, riot, war, fire, weather, curtailment of a source of supply, customs or border delays, and government decrees or orders.
These Policies take effect August 20, 2026 and automatically supersede all prior Policies, including Version 2.0 dated July 27, 2026 and the version dated January 1, 2020, which cease to have force or effect.
2.1(B) Non-US Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with the direct selling, consumer protection, advertising, tax, VAT, customs, and data protection laws of their own country, and may be subject to market-specific addenda.
Self-enrollment on the Sponsor's website with electronic signature is legally binding. The Company may require signed paperwork for any account; if requested, the signed Agreement is due within 30 days of enrollment.
Signed documents must not be altered after signature. False or misleading information, forged signatures, or post-signature alterations may lead to sanctions up to involuntary termination.
A non-exclusive right to purchase products, promote and sell products, and sponsor new Affiliates and Customers in any country formally opened as of the date of the sponsoring activity.
Tax identification is required on the Affiliate Agreement. The Company may withhold commission payments from any Affiliate who fails to provide it or provides false information. The Company issues a Quantum Lifestyle Identification Number on enrollment.
A corporation, partnership, LLC, or trust may apply. The position remains temporary until documents are submitted — Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Partnership Agreement, Trust documents, or equivalent country registration — received within 30 days of signature.
Status may be changed under the same Sponsor from individual to partnership, LLC, corporation, trust, or between entity types.
An Affiliate is an independent contractor, not a purchaser of a franchise or business opportunity. There is no employer/employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship, and no employment for any purpose including tax. The Affiliate is responsible for all local, state, federal, national, and value-added taxes. There is no express or implied authority to bind the Company. The Affiliate sets their own goals, hours, and methods.
2.6(D) The Affiliate is fully responsible for all verbal and written communications regarding products and the Compensation Plan not expressly contained in Official Company Materials, and indemnifies the Company against judgments, civil penalties, refunds, attorney fees, and court costs resulting from unauthorized representations or actions. Survives termination.
Written notice by support ticket in your Back Office within 30 days (the "Reportable Time") of the error or incident. Anything not reported within the Reportable Time is deemed waived.
Compliance is required with FTC advertising and income-claim requirements, FDA and similar restrictions on health and medical claims, and EU consumer protection and data protection rules when operating or targeting EU/EEA customers.
No unsubstantiated product claims, disease claims, or misleading earnings representations. When in doubt, rely on Official Company Materials and obtain prior written approval from Compliance. Affiliate Agreement Sections 4 and 5 state the governing rules.
It is the Affiliate's or Customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Allow up to 30 days for processing an address change.
A $12.95 fee applies to returned shipments due to an incorrect address. International returns may additionally be assessed actual return freight, duty, and customs charges.
Sponsors must perform authentic assistance and training — ongoing contact via newsletters, correspondence, telephone, team calls, voicemail, email, personal meetings, accompaniment to meetings, training sessions, and functions.
Sponsors should monitor their downline to ensure no improper product or business claims or other illegal or inappropriate conduct, and on request must be able to provide documented evidence of fulfilling these responsibilities.
Marketing products is a required activity, and product marketing and sale must be emphasized in all recruiting presentations.
3.2(F) Use of Sales Aids. Company-produced sales aids are required. All self-developed written sales aids, promotional materials, advertisements, websites, and literature must be submitted for prior written approval by support ticket in your Back Office. Unless specific written approval is received, the request is deemed denied. For online properties specifically, the submission requirements in Affiliate Agreement Section 6.7 apply.
3.3(B) Non-Disparagement; No Harassment; No Interference. No insulting, harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing any Customer, Affiliate, Company staff, vendor, or leader. No creating, publishing, repeating, or distributing negative or damaging statements, rumors, or "bad news" that are false, misleading, or intended to disrupt another's business — including defamation, slander, libel, targeted harassment, doxxing, or encouraging others to attack or boycott.
Conduct that is detrimental, disruptive, or injurious in the Company's sole discretion is a material breach.
3.3(C) Code of ethics. Fairness, tolerance, and respect regardless of race, gender, social class, or religion; resolution of business issues with tact, sensitivity, and good will; honest, responsible, professional conduct with integrity; no disparaging statements about the Company, other Affiliates, employees, suppliers, agents, products, services, campaigns, or the Compensation Plan. The Company may act on conduct it deems detrimental.
3.3(D) These standards apply online and offline — social media, messaging apps, forums, email, websites, conference calls, meetings, and events.
A written and signed report to the Compliance Department, by mail, or as a signed attachment to a support ticket in your Back Office. Unsigned or anonymous reports may be declined.
The report must set out the nature of the violation, specific supporting facts, dates, number of occurrences, persons involved, and supporting documentation.
Grievances against another Affiliate directly relating to the business follow Section 12.0 instead.
The Sponsor is the name on the first physically signed Affiliate Agreement on file, or the first electronically signed Agreement from the corporate or a replicated website.
Invalid: Agreements containing notations such as "by phone," or bearing the signatures of other individuals — Sponsors, spouses, relatives, or friends.
Each prospect has the right to choose their own Sponsor, but unethical sponsoring activities are not permitted. The accepted courtesy is that the prospect is sponsored by the first Affiliate who presented a comprehensive introduction to the products or the opportunity.
3.5(F) Protected Prospect — a guest of any Affiliate or Customer who attended a Company event or conference call. For 30 days following, they may not be solicited or sponsored by any other Affiliate who attended the same event. Event means any training session, conference call or webinar, fly-in meeting, or presentation including at-home, whether sponsored by the Company, an Affiliate, a Customer, or a designated agent.
Affiliate Agreement Section 17 states the governing rules on sponsorship, placement, and disputes.
Definition: enrollment into a different line of sponsorship of an individual or Business Entity that already has a signed Affiliate Agreement. Actual or attempted cross-sponsoring is not allowed. Verified cross-sponsoring may result in sanctions up to termination.
Circumvention is prohibited, including use of a spouse's or relative's name, trade names, assumed names, DBA names, a corporation, partnership, or trust, tax identification numbers, or fictitious identification numbers.
Governing provision. Affiliate Agreement Section 18 contains the full cross-sponsoring regime — a 6-month lookback, seven named conduct categories, an evidentiary standard, a seven-remedy table, a 6-period reallocation cap, and a 90-day reporting window. Under the order of precedence (Affiliate Agreement Section 25.1), the Affiliate Agreement controls. This Section is the shorter statement of the same prohibition. Cite Affiliate Agreement Section 18 in any enforcement action.
Genuine sale or transfer of a business is addressed in Affiliate Agreement Section 18.3, which is the Company's sale and transfer policy for all purposes.
Deviation from the Compensation Plan is prohibited. No offering the opportunity through or in combination with any other system, program, or marketing method. No requiring or encouraging participation that varies from the Plan. No requiring or encouraging purchases from or payments to any individual or entity as a condition of participating, other than purchases naturally required to build the business.
Affiliates must check and obey local home-based business laws that apply to them, and comply with all applicable national, federal, state, provincial, and local laws.
US: Form 1099-NEC is issued to each Affiliate with annual earnings of at least $600, purchases over $5,000 of product for resale, or trips, prizes, or awards valued at $600 or more. Below those thresholds, forms are sent on request with a possible $20 minimum charge.
Non-US: Affiliates are responsible for reporting and remitting all income tax, VAT, and social contributions in their own jurisdiction, and for maintaining any tax or VAT registration required to receive commissions there.
Affiliates accept sole responsibility for all taxes and indemnify the Company for failure to pay when due. Tax-exempt businesses must provide the tax identification number and exemption documentation in writing.
An ownership interest — sole proprietor, partner, shareholder, trustee, beneficiary — in only one Quantum Lifestyle business. No individual may have, operate, or receive compensation from more than one.
Members of the same family unit may each have separate businesses only if each subsequent family position is placed frontline to the first family member enrolled. Family unit means spouses and dependent children living at, or doing business at, the same address.
Activity by an immediate household member that would violate the Agreement if performed by the Affiliate is deemed a violation by the Affiliate. The same applies to any individual associated with a Business Entity. Each affiliated party of a Business Entity is personally and individually bound.
Participation in other direct sales, MLM, network marketing, or relationship marketing ventures is permitted. Soliciting Quantum Lifestyle Affiliates or Customers into any of them is not.
Governing provision. Affiliate Agreement Section 26 states the full conflicts-of-interest and non-solicitation regime — a 12-month post-termination non-solicitation period, a definition of soliciting that expressly covers inviting someone to "take a look" and masked or unnamed approaches, proxy solicitation, the rule that a reply to an enquiry is still solicitation, a 6-month competing-products restriction, and the carve-outs. Under Affiliate Agreement Section 25.1, the Affiliate Agreement controls. Cite Affiliate Agreement Section 26 in any enforcement action.
"Income claim" and "earnings representation" include: statements of average earnings, statements of non-average earnings, statements of earnings ranges, income testimonials, lifestyle claims, and hypothetical claims.
Example of a non-average earnings statement: "Our number one Affiliate earned over a million dollars last year." Example of an earnings range: "The monthly income for our higher-ranking Affiliates is ten thousand dollars on the low end to thirty thousand a month on the high end."
Products may be resold only at the price specified by the Company or its suppliers. There are no exclusive territories and no franchise fees.
The program is built on sales to the ultimate consumer. Affiliates are encouraged to purchase only inventory that they and their family will personally consume, that will be used as a sales tool, or that will be resold. Never influence another Affiliate to buy more than they can reasonably use or sell to retail Customers in a month.
"Bonus Buying" is strictly and absolutely prohibited, including:
B. No use of another person's credit card or debit account without written permission, which must be retained by the Affiliate indefinitely for Company reference.
C. On invalid or incorrect payment the Company attempts contact by phone, mail, or email; the order is cancelled after 30 business days of unsuccessful attempts.
D. Moving an order to another Affiliate's business requires prior authorization of all parties and a $29.95 processing fee.
E. Prices are subject to change without notice. International prices may reflect VAT, duty, octroi de mer, and other local charges.
F. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 30 calendar days of receipt.
A $39.95 fee applies to all returned checks and insufficient funds. Outstanding balances from NSF checks, returned check fees, or ACH insufficient fund fees are withheld from future bonus and commission payments.
Unresolved returned check or insufficient funds transactions are grounds for disciplinary sanctions. A second declined payment may render the Customer or Affiliate ineligible to purchase in future.
US: The Company collects and remits sales tax on Affiliate orders unless a Resale Tax Certificate is furnished. Sales tax is prepaid based on suggested retail price. The Affiliate may recover it on sale, and is responsible for additional sales taxes due on products marked up and sold higher.
International: The Company collects and remits VAT, import duty, and other applicable charges per the delivery terms stated at checkout.
Affiliates must not represent that any product is exempt from VAT, duty, or local levies, or reclassify products for tax purposes, without prior written Company confirmation.
An Affiliate must be active and in compliance to qualify. No payment is made without a completed and signed Affiliate Agreement or Electronic Authorization. The Company may postpone payment until the cumulative amount exceeds $100.00, or 100 units of the payment currency.
Statements and bonus and commission reports must be reviewed promptly; discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After the 30-day grace period, no additional requests for commission recalculations will be considered.
Commissions and bonuses attributable to returned product are deducted from the Affiliate who received them, beginning the month the refund is given and continuing every pay period until recovered.
On termination with an outstanding balance, the remainder may be offset against any other amounts owed to the former Affiliate.
100% thirty (30) day money-back guarantee for all Customers. Customers request refunds from the Affiliate who sold to them.
Affiliate returns require: (i) the Agreement has not been terminated by either party; (ii) purchase within 30 days; (iii) products in Resalable Condition. The refund is 90% of purchase price; shipping and handling are not refunded.
EU and other mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights are retained in full and are not limited by this Section. Where a statutory right is more favorable, the statutory right applies. See Affiliate Agreement Section 20.2.
On cancellation of the Agreement: generic sales aids purchased within one (1) year may be returned if unable to be sold or used. Only sales aids that were (i) personally purchased from the Company, (ii) under the Affiliate's own ID number, and (iii) in Resalable Condition.
Not resalable and nonrefundable: custom orders of printed sales aids with the Affiliate's contact information embedded, hard printed, or added.
Reimbursement is 90% of net cost of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling, credited back to the original credit card where applicable. Commissions, bonuses, rebates, or other incentives received on the returned merchandise are deducted.
All returns must be prepaid — no shipping-collect packages are accepted. UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance is recommended; risk of loss or damage in shipping is borne solely by the Customer or Affiliate. If returned product is not received at the Distribution Center, tracing is the sender's responsibility and no credit will be applied.
6.1(C) Returns of $300 or more within twelve (12) months accompanied by refund requests may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.
The published Privacy Policy provides additional detail on data collection, processing, and individual rights including under the GDPR. In the event of any inconsistency, the Privacy Policy and applicable law control.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of financial, account, and nonpublic personal information.
By entering the Affiliate Agreement, the Affiliate authorizes disclosure of name and contact information to upline Affiliates solely for activities furthering the business, and agrees to maintain confidentiality and use it solely for supporting and servicing their downline.
7.2(C) Affiliates receiving personal data of other Affiliates or Customers act as independent controllers or processors under applicable data protection law and must comply with all such obligations, including responding to erasure and access requests and refraining from using downline data for any purpose outside the business. Data subject requests must be forwarded by support ticket in your Back Office without delay, and in any event within 3 business days (Affiliate Agreement Section 21.4).
Employee access to nonpublic personal information is limited. There is no sharing of nonpublic personal or financial information about current or former Customers or Affiliates with third parties except as permitted or required by law, court order, to serve their interests, to enforce rights or obligations, or with written permission on file.
Business Reports, lists of Customer and Affiliate names and contact information, and any other financial, scientific, or other information circulated by the Company pertaining to its business (collectively, "Reports") are confidential, proprietary information and trade secrets belonging to Quantum Lifestyle.
During the term and for three (3) years after termination or expiration, the Affiliate shall not:
Proprietary information is of such character as to render it unique; disclosure or use in violation results in irreparable damage. The Company and its Affiliates are entitled to injunctive relief and damages. The prevailing party is entitled to attorney's fees, court costs, and expenses.
On demand, current or former Affiliates must return the original and all copies of all Reports together with any Company confidential information in their possession, including copies on personal devices or in cloud storage.
No relabeling, repackaging, refilling, or altering labels of any product, information, material, or program. Products are sold only in original Company containers. Such relabeling or repackaging violates laws which may result in criminal or civil penalties or liability.
No retail establishment sale or display without prior written approval.
Commercial Sales are permitted only on prior written approval. "Commercial Sale" means product sales equalling or exceeding $5,000 in a single order, or products sold to a third party who intends to resell to an end consumer.
Trade show and display booth sales require prior written approval. The Company may refuse authorization for any function it does not deem a suitable forum.
Promotional materials must be used in original form, unchanged, except with prior written Compliance approval.
Permitted name use only:
All stationery bearing the name or logo requires written Compliance approval. Directory listings are permitted under the Affiliate's own name. No use of "Quantum Lifestyle" or "Quantum Lifestyle Corporate Headquarters" in answering the telephone, in voice messages, or in answering services in a way suggesting the caller reached corporate.
9.2(F) Certain photos and graphic images result from paid contracts with outside vendors that do not extend to Affiliates. Use requires the Affiliate to negotiate individual contracts with the vendors for a fee.
9.2(G) No television, radio, or other media appearances promoting or discussing the Company without prior written Compliance permission.
9.2(H) No producing for sale or distribution any Company event or speech; no reproducing Company audio or video clips for sale or for personal use without prior written permission.
9.2(I) The Company may rescind prior approval of any sales aid or promotional material to comply with changing laws and require removal without financial obligation to the affected Affiliate.
9.2(J) No promoting non-Company products alongside Company products on the same websites or advertisements without prior Compliance approval. See Affiliate Agreement Sections 6.16 and 26.
9.2(K) Health claims. Claims including personal testimonials as to therapeutic, curative, or beneficial properties may not be made except those in official Corporate literature. No Affiliate may claim products are useful in the cure, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation, or prevention of any disease. Such statements can be perceived as medical or drug claims and potentially violate the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the FTC Act, and equivalent EU consumer protection and health claims regulations. Affiliate Agreement Section 4 states the governing rules, including the prohibited framing, wording, and imagery in Section 4.2.
No unsolicited email, mass email distribution, or "spamming." Exceptions are recipients who gave prior permission or invitation, and recipients with an established prior business or personal relationship.
Required in every commercial email: clear identification as an advertisement or solicitation; a clear return path or routing information; a legal and proper domain name; a clear and obvious opt-out notice; unsubscribe instructions as the first text in the body, in the same size as the majority of the message; true and correct sender name, valid sender email, and valid sender physical address; date and time of transmission; and no further messages after an opt-out request.
Prohibited: use of any third-party domain name without permission, and sexually explicit material.
9.3(C) Marketing to EU or UK recipients must additionally comply with e-privacy and GDPR consent requirements — a valid lawful basis before sending commercial email, and immediate honoring of consent withdrawal. Affiliate Agreement Section 6.13 states the governing rules for email, SMS, and direct messaging in all markets.
Governing provision. All Internet, replicated website, Independent Site, social media, paid advertising, marketplace, territory, and online selling requirements are stated in full in Affiliate Agreement Section 6, which replaced the former Personal Web Site, Online Marketing and Advertising Policy on August 20, 2026.
This Section is a cross-reference and does not restate those requirements. Where any other document differs, Affiliate Agreement Section 6 controls under Section 25.1.

A. No advertising at a price less than the highest Company-published established retail price, plus shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. No special enticement advertising, including free Company business, free shipping, or other offers granting advantages beyond those available through the Company.
C. All advertising — print, Internet, computer bulletin boards, television, radio — is subject to prior written Compliance approval. For online and paid advertising, the approval process in Affiliate Agreement Section 6.7 applies.
E. Approval is not required for blind ads that do not mention the Company, its employees, products, services, designs, symbols, programs, or protected materials.
F. The Company may rescind prior approval to comply with changing laws and require removal without obligation to the affected Affiliate.
Signing the Affiliate Agreement grants permission to use the Affiliate's testimonial, image, and likeness in corporate sales materials — print, electronic, audio, and video. The right to compensation is waived, even though the Company may be paid for items or materials containing them. An Affiliate's testimonial may appear in another Affiliate's advertising materials.
Opt out by written notice through a support ticket in your Back Office.
Testimonials must reflect the honest, current experience of the person giving them, must not contain medical, disease, or income claims, and are subject to Company review and removal at any time. Affiliate Agreement Sections 4.6 and 6.10 state the governing rules, including the requirement for documented author consent and disclosure of any material connection.
Telemarketing is prohibited. "Telemarketing" means placing one or more telephone calls to induce purchase of products or to recruit for the opportunity.
FTC and FCC rules restrict telemarketing; both agencies and a number of states have "do not call" regulations. Equivalent restrictions apply in EU member states and other markets.
These regulations broadly define "telemarketer" and "telemarketing," so the unintentional action of calling someone listed on a do-not-call registry could cause a violation. They must not be taken lightly, as they carry significant penalties.
Cold calls and state-to-state calls to prospects are considered telemarketing and are prohibited.
9.7(E) Permitted exceptions:
F. No automatic telephone dialing systems.
H. Signing the Affiliate Agreement, or accepting commissions, payments, or awards, gives permission for the Company and other Affiliates to make contact as permitted under applicable do-not-call regulations.
Changes — SSN to Federal ID, adding a spouse or partner, changing from individual to a Business Entity — require a written request plus a new Affiliate Agreement and Business Registration Form with fresh signatures (not a crossed-out or whited-out version of the first), and appropriate supporting documentation.
Process and appeal rights are stated in Affiliate Agreement Section 11.4: written notice, 10 business days to respond, and one written appeal within 15 days by support ticket in your Back Office. An appeal is reviewed and decided by a person other than the person who made the original decision. The decision on appeal is final and binding.
Affiliates are encouraged to resolve grievances directly first. Failing that, report to the Compliance Department by support ticket in your Back Office.
The Compliance Department is the final authority; its written decision is final and binding on the Affiliates involved.
Company involvement is confined to Quantum Lifestyle business matters only. It will not decide personality conflicts or unprofessional conduct outside the business context, and these issues may not be used to justify a Sponsor or Placement change or a transfer to another organization.
The Company does not consider, enforce, or mediate third-party agreements between Affiliates, nor provide names, funding, or advice for obtaining outside legal counsel.
Disputes with the Company are governed by Affiliate Agreement Section 22.
Governed by and construed under the laws of the State of West Virginia, with exclusive jurisdiction of United States courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing deprives a consumer resident in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of their country's law.
