What is a QuantaGram?

How do I apply one?

Start with clean, dry skin, free of oils or lotions. Peel a QuantaGram from the sheet and press it on or near the point.

Where can I wear them?

On skin, over clothing, on a bandage, or tucked inside a shoe near the point.

It won't stay on. What can I do?

The adhesive is food grade and may not hold on every skin type. Clean, dry skin helps, and a bandage or medical tape over the top keeps it in place.

Can I combine QuantaGrams?

Yes. QuantaGrams can be worn with other QuantaGrams and with the Carbon Line.

Can I use them if I'm pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care?

Ask your doctor first. Some points, including the inner-ankle point (SP-6), should be skipped during pregnancy.
