Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to you or, where local law provides otherwise, as that law provides.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, TVA, GST, customs duty, and local levies are applied according to the shipping destination. For shipments to Réunion, octroi de mer and octroi de mer régional apply in addition to TVA. Where we ship on delivered-duty-paid terms, the amounts are shown at checkout. Where we ship on delivered-at-place terms, the carrier or customs authority may collect duties and fees from you before release, and those charges are yours.
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address and any identification number a customs authority requires. We are not responsible for delay, seizure, or destruction of a shipment caused by inaccurate information, refusal to pay assessed charges, or import restrictions in your country.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us before the period expires by email to support@quantumlifestyle.com or by using the model withdrawal form. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return. Return shipping is your cost unless the goods were faulty or misdescribed. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Affiliates who terminate their agreement may return unused, resalable inventory purchased within the preceding 12 months for a refund as set out in the Policies and Procedures, less applicable handling and any commissions paid on the returned volume, in accordance with the direct-selling law of the relevant market.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, including the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law and equivalent protections in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Thailand.
Autoship is a voluntary recurring order program. It is not required to purchase products or to remain an affiliate, though participation may affect eligibility for certain commissions, bonuses, and programs as described in the Compensation Plan.
Where local law requires advance notice of a recurring charge, an express confirmation of subscription terms, or an easy cancellation method, we provide it and those requirements prevail.
