Privacy Policy

Quantum Lifestyle respects your privacy. We collect only the information we need to operate our business, fill your orders, support you, and meet our legal obligations, and we keep it only as long as required.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

If you join as an affiliate, limited business information such as your name, rank, and volume is visible to your upline so they can support your organization, and it may not be used for any other purpose.

You can access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting privacy@quantumlifestyle.com. Our full Privacy Policy explains everything in detail.

This Privacy Policy is written and interpreted in English (United States). Translations are provided for convenience only; if there is a conflict, the English version controls. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Policies & Procedures, and Affiliate Agreement.

Our products are general wellness products. They are not medical devices, and we do not need or want your health information. Please do not send us medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, treatment details, or other health data in support tickets, testimonials, surveys, or social posts.

If you volunteer such information anyway, we will treat it as sensitive, limit access to it, use it only to respond to you or to meet a legal or regulatory obligation, and delete it once that purpose is met. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not build health profiles.

2.2 Testimonials and personal stories

If you submit a testimonial, story, photo, or video, we will tell you at the point of submission how it may be used and will obtain your consent before publishing. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and we will remove the content from materials we control going forward, though we cannot always retrieve copies already distributed by third parties or downloaded by others.

Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat a browser-transmitted opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device.

Do Not Track. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a uniform standard, and we do not currently respond to them separately from the controls described above.

6. When we share information

We disclose personal information only in the situations below, and only to the extent needed.

6.1 Service providers

We use vendors who process personal information on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use personal information only to deliver services to us, and not for their own purposes. Categories include:

  • Direct-selling back-office and e-commerce platform providers;
  • Payment processors and fraud-prevention services;
  • Web hosting, content delivery, security, and email-delivery providers;
  • Shipping, freight, customs brokerage, and logistics providers;
  • Tax determination and filing services;
  • Customer support and helpdesk platforms;
  • Marketing, survey, and translation platforms;
  • Professional advisors, including accountants, auditors, and attorneys.

You may request further information about the categories of providers we use by contacting us at privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

6.2 Your sponsor and upline

See Section 7 — this is specific to direct selling and we describe it separately.

6.3 Legal, regulatory, and safety

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, court order, tax authority request, customs requirement, or lawful request by public authorities; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantum Lifestyle, our customers, our affiliates, or the public.

6.4 Corporate transactions

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be reviewed and transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy and applicable law. We will notify you if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

6.5 Aggregated and de-identified information

We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We maintain such information in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it, except to test our de-identification methods.

6.6 At your direction

We share information with third parties when you ask us to, or when you publish it yourself, such as in a public testimonial or a field group chat.

7. Affiliate and downline (genealogy) information

Quantum Lifestyle operates a direct-selling business. If you enroll as an affiliate, or as a customer placed under a sponsoring affiliate, some of your information is necessarily visible to others in your organization.

7.1 What is shared upline

Affiliates with a qualifying rank can view genealogy reports for their organization. Depending on rank and market, these reports may show: name, business or partial contact details, enrollment date, sponsor and placement position, rank, activity status, and personal and organizational volume. They do not show payment card data, bank details, tax identification numbers, passwords, or full order contents.

7.2 The rules affiliates must follow

Access to genealogy information is granted solely to support and service that organization. Under our Policies & Procedures, affiliates must not use it to recruit for another company, sell or rent it, add people to unrelated marketing lists, or retain it after their agreement ends. Affiliates must delete or return genealogy data on termination. We enforce these obligations, and violations can result in suspension or termination.

7.3 Independent responsibility

When an affiliate uses your information for their own marketing, list-building, or website, they act as an independent controller and are responsible for their own compliance with applicable privacy law. We are not responsible for how an affiliate uses information outside our systems, but we do want to know about misuse — report it to privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

7.4 Your options

You may ask us to limit what your upline can see about you. We will accommodate the request where it does not prevent us from operating the compensation plan or meeting a legal obligation, and we will tell you clearly if it cannot be honored.

8. We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, including with respect to minors under 16.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted without a right to limit under applicable law.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and we operate in multiple countries, including markets in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Thailand. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and accessed from countries other than your own, including the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

When we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of the following safeguards:

  • The European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or IDTA where applicable, together with supplementary technical and organizational measures where a transfer impact assessment indicates they are needed;
  • An adequacy decision covering the destination country or the certified recipient;
  • A derogation permitted by law, such as your explicit consent or the necessity of the transfer for a contract with you.

You may request further information about the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer by contacting us at privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, plus any period required by law. Our general schedule:

InformationRetention period
Active account and profile dataFor the life of the account, then [24] months after closure, unless a longer period applies below.

Commission and payout recordsUp to [10] years, for tax, audit, and regulatory purposes.
Payment tokensHeld by our payment processors under their retention terms; deleted from our systems on account closure or on request.
Support tickets and correspondence[36] months from closure of the ticket.
Marketing consent and opt-out recordsFor as long as needed to honor your choice, and to prove compliance — opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we do not re-contact you.
Published testimonialsUntil you withdraw consent or we retire the material, plus a record of the consent itself.
Compliance, fraud, and disciplinary records[7] years, or longer where a claim, investigation, or legal hold is active.
Website and security logs[12] months.
CookiesSession cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire within [13] months.

Where we receive a valid erasure request, we delete or anonymize the information we are not required to retain, and we keep a minimal suppression record showing that the request was made and honored.

11. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, access logging, vendor due diligence, and staff confidentiality obligations.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authorities where required by law and within the timeframes the law prescribes.

You play a part too. Please use a strong, unique password, keep your credentials confidential, log out of shared devices, and tell us promptly at privacy@quantumlifestyle.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your information and receive a copy;
  • Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
  • Deletion — have information erased, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • Portability — receive certain information in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller where technically feasible;
  • Restriction — ask us to pause processing in certain circumstances;
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • Opt out — opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling;
  • Non-discrimination — exercise your rights without receiving a different price or level of service.

12.1 How to make a request

Email privacy@quantumlifestyle.com or write to us at the address in Section 20. Registered users can also update much of their information directly in their account or back office.

12.2 Verification

To protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting. For account holders, this usually means confirming control of the account email. For more sensitive requests, we may ask for additional information matching what we already hold. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.

12.3 Timing

We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within one month, or within 45 days for U.S. state requests. Where a request is complex or we have received several from you, we may extend by a further two months (or 45 days in the U.S.) and will tell you why within the original period. Requests are free unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline, and will explain our reasoning.

12.4 Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will ask for written authorization signed by you, and we may still verify your identity directly.

12.5 Appeals

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal” in the subject line, or by writing to privacy@quantumlifestyle.com. We will respond to appeals within 45 days (or 60 days where a state law allows an extension) and will explain the outcome. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general or supervisory authority.

13. Additional notice for the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

This section applies if you are in the European Economic Area — including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the French overseas department of Réunion — the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

13.1 Controller and representative

Quantum Lifestyle LLC is the controller. Our representative under Article 27 of the GDPR is:

To be appointed. Contact details will be published here once our EU representative is designated. In the meantime, please direct all data protection inquiries to privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

Our representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR is:

Our data protection contact is privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

13.2 Your rights

You have the rights listed in Section 12, exercisable under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the country where you live, work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. Examples:

  • France and Réunion — Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), cnil.fr
  • Germany — your state data protection authority, or the Federal Commissioner (BfDI), bfdi.bund.de
  • Italy — Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it
  • Spain — Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), aepd.es
  • United Kingdom — Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk
  • Switzerland — Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch

We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first, but you are not required to contact us before contacting an authority.

13.3 Provision of information

Providing identity, contact, order, and payment information is necessary to enter into and perform our contract with you. If you do not provide it, we cannot create your account, process your order, or pay commissions. Marketing information is optional.

13.4 Switzerland

Processing of personal data relating to individuals in Switzerland is carried out in accordance with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Our Swiss representative is to be appointed; contact details will be published here once designated.

14. Additional notice for U.S. state residents

This section applies if you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, to the extent that law applies to us.

14.1 Categories collected and disclosed

In the preceding twelve months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 2, from the sources in Section 3, for the purposes in Section 4. We have disclosed each of those categories to the categories of recipients listed in Section 6 for business purposes. Under California law, the categories collected correspond to identifiers; customer records information; commercial information; internet or network activity; geolocation data (approximate, from IP); and inferences drawn from the foregoing. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined by these laws.

14.2 Sensitive personal information

We collect account log-in credentials, and in limited circumstances government identification numbers required for tax reporting or age verification. We use these only to provide the service you requested, to secure accounts, and to meet legal obligations — all purposes for which no right to limit applies. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

14.3 Exercising your rights

Use the contacts in Section 12 or Section 20. California residents may also designate an authorized agent, and may request information about disclosures for direct marketing purposes under California's “Shine the Light” law by writing to privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

14.4 Notice of financial incentive

From time to time we offer discounts, loyalty benefits, referral credits, or promotional pricing in exchange for enrollment or subscription, which involves collecting personal information. Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. We calculate the value of your information by reference to the reasonable cost to us of providing the incentive; we consider that value to be reasonably related to the value your information provides to our business.

14.5 Nevada

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell such information, but you may submit a request to privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

15. Additional notice for Thailand

If you are in Thailand, we process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

  • Our legal bases correspond to those in Section 4, including contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required;
  • You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC);
  • Cross-border transfers of personal data out of Thailand are made in reliance on appropriate safeguards, your consent, or another basis permitted under Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA;
  • Our contact point for PDPA matters is privacy@quantumlifestyle.com. Our local representative in Thailand is to be appointed.

16. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Automated tools support fraud screening, duplicate-account detection, and commission calculation, but material decisions — such as declining an application, suspending an account, or terminating an agreement — involve human review. You may request human review of, and contest, any decision you believe was made without it.

17. Children

Our sites, products, and business opportunity are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and affiliates must be at least 18 to enroll. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information should contact privacy@quantumlifestyle.com.

18. Affiliate-operated websites and third-party links

Independent affiliates may operate their own websites, social media accounts, groups, and mailing lists. Those are not controlled by Quantum Lifestyle, and this Policy does not apply to them. Affiliates are independently responsible for their own privacy compliance under our Policies & Procedures and applicable law.

Our sites also link to third-party services, including our back-office and shopping platform, payment processors, learning platforms, and social networks. We do not control those services, and their own privacy policies apply. Please review them before providing information.

19. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or the law. We will post the revised version here with a new Effective Date. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice — by email or a prominent notice on the site — before they take effect, and, where the law requires it, we will obtain your consent. Prior versions are available on request.
