Building Your Business Online

A plain-language guide to marketing your Quantum Lifestyle business online. This page summarizes Section 6 of the Independent Affiliate Agreement for convenience. Section 6 is the governing document and controls wherever this page differs from it. Questions before you publish: support@quantumlifestyle.com

Quantum Lifestyle LLC

  • Updated: August 20, 2026
  • Governing text: Affiliate Agreement Section 6
  • This page: quantumlifestyle.com/online-business-guide/

This page is a plain-language summary, provided for convenience. It is not the governing document. The binding rules are in Affiliate Agreement Section 6. Where this page differs from Section 6, Section 6 controls. The former separate Website Policy was withdrawn on August 20, 2026 and its contents moved into Section 6.

Two ideas explain almost every rule below.

Marketing is yours. The transaction is ours. Promote in your own voice, on your own properties, as much as you like. Every actual sale has to complete inside a Quantum Lifestyle system.

If it is not approved, do not publish it. Claims about the products, anything about income, and any translation must come from Company-approved material.

Contents

The fastest version

Yes, go ahead

  • Share your own story and why you joined
  • Post lifestyle and educational content
  • Link to your replicated site
  • Book calls and run your own team events
  • Collect leads from people who opt in
  • Say "Jane Smith, Independent Quantum Lifestyle Affiliate"

No, never

  • Take payment through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, or any personal method
  • List product on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, or any marketplace
  • Put a cart or checkout on your own site
  • Register a domain containing a Company name
  • Post income screenshots or commission checks
  • Say a product treats, relieves, or helps any condition

Your replicated website

This is your sales channel. We keep it current with correct pricing, tax treatment, and disclosures for every market, and it credits volume to your position automatically. Keep your profile accurate and professional.

You can forward your own domain to it, as long as the Company URL is visible when it lands. What you cannot do is frame it, mirror it, clone it, or hide our URL behind yours.

Affiliate Agreement 6.3

Your own site, if you want one

You may run your own site as a marketing and lead-generation tool. Tell your story, publish content, capture leads, book calls, link to your replicated site.

What it cannot be is a store. No cart, no add-to-cart buttons, no checkout, no pricing table presented as an offer, no inventory counts, no shipping calculator, no payment mechanism of any kind.

Get it approved before it goes live. Open a support ticket in your Back Office and include your domain and subdomains, the markets and languages you are targeting, a preview link or screenshots of every page, and copies of any lead form or email sequence it triggers.

We aim to respond within 15 business days. Approval covers the version you submitted. Silence is not approval. If you have not heard yes in writing, the answer is no.

The same applies to business social accounts, channels, and groups that use a Company name in the title.

Affiliate Agreement 6.4 and 6.7

Every sale goes through Company systems

This is the rule people most often break by accident, usually trying to be helpful to a customer who wants to pay another way.

It protects you more than it protects us. A sale taken outside our systems is not covered by our VAT and consumer-tax registrations in your market, is not covered by our product liability and consumer-guarantee obligations, earns you and your upline no commissionable volume, and leaves you personally holding registration, tax, and refund obligations you are not set up to carry.

If a customer wants to pay you directly, the answer is to walk them through checkout on your replicated site.

Affiliate Agreement 6.5

Marketplaces are out, everywhere

No listing on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Temu, AliExpress, Mercado Libre, Cdiscount, Fnac, Otto, Kaufland, Allegro, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop, Pinterest product pins, YouTube Shopping, Leboncoin, Kleinanzeigen, Wallapop, Subito, Anibis, Ricardo, Craigslist, Gumtree, or anything comparable. No subscription boxes, dropshipping, coupon sites, or resellers either.

Listings undercut retail pricing, generate counterfeit and expired-product complaints that land on the brand, and produce reviews and returns we have no way to service. A confirmed listing means immediate suspension pending investigation, and we may go to the platform directly to have it removed at your cost.

Affiliate Agreement 6.6

Domain names

You cannot use a Company name, a variation, or a common misspelling in a domain, subdomain, social handle, app name, ad account, or email address.

ExampleStatusWhy
quantumlifestyle-france.comNoContains a Company name
myquantagram.comNoContains a product name
quantumlifestyleray.comNoContains a Company name
quantum-lifestyle.netNoVariation of a Company name
wellnesswithmarie.comYesNo Company name, still needs approval
marieduboisteam.frYesNo Company name, still needs approval

You can use Company names in your body copy to describe the products accurately. You cannot alter, recolour, stretch, animate, or rebuild the logo, or place it next to another logo in a way that suggests a partnership.

If you already hold a domain that breaks this rule, you will need to transfer it to the Company at your cost.

Affiliate Agreement 6.8

What has to appear on your pages

  • Your full name and Independent Affiliate of Quantum Lifestyle, above the fold on your home page and in the footer of every page
  • A statement that the site is not operated by Quantum Lifestyle LLC and that the Company is not responsible for its content
  • Whatever trader identification your market requires — an Impressum in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria; mentions legales in France
  • A cookie notice and consent tool where GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, or Thailand PDPA applies

Never describe yourself as an employee, agent, officer, or representative of the Company.

Affiliate Agreement 6.9

What you can say about the products

Use approved material. Do not write your own product descriptions, do not translate approved material yourself, and do not copy another affiliate's copy or anything from another company.

Never say or suggest that a product treats, cures, relieves, or prevents anything, replaces medical care, puts any substance into or through the body, or produces a physical effect inside the body. Do not name conditions. Do not say a product is effective without saying effective at what, because the sentence around it will answer that question for you.

Where approved copy describes traditional acupressure practice, keep that framing exactly as written. Deleting a disclaimer from approved copy makes it non-compliant.

No before-and-after graphics. No red markers on a body diagram. No comparing our products to a competitor's.

Affiliate Agreement 4 and 6.10

What you can say about income

Any time you mention the opportunity, compensation, ranks, bonuses, or lifestyle, put the current Income Disclosure Statement right next to it, in the same post, not in a bio or behind a link.

No commission screenshots, back office screenshots, bank statements, payment notifications, or rank earnings. No cars, houses, travel, or possessions framed as funded by the business. No suggestion that income is guaranteed, typical, easy, passive, or risk-free. It is not a job, a salary, or an investment.

Affiliate Agreement 5 and 6.10

Testimonials

A testimonial cannot say anything you could not say yourself. Adding a disclaimer does not fix a non-compliant testimonial.

Get documented consent from the author before you publish, including for any photo or video, and take it down promptly if they ask. If you paid, discounted, gifted, or incentivized it in any way, say so clearly and right next to the testimonial.

Testimonials published through the Company's own submission system have already been reviewed and can be shared as published.

Affiliate Agreement 4.5 and 6.10

Social media

  • Full name and Affiliate status on any profile or post about the business. No aliases, no anonymous accounts
  • Groups using a Company name in the title must be registered, and we may ask for an admin role
  • You are responsible for what other people post on pages and groups you control, including comments, once you know about them
  • Do not post in another affiliate's group or event to reach their prospects
  • No unsolicited bulk DMs, no adding people to groups without consent, no bots, automation, or engagement pods
  • Use current creative from the approved library
  • Do not argue with negative posters. Send it in as a support ticket

Affiliate Agreement 6.11

Paid ads

Any paid advertising that mentions Quantum Lifestyle, the products, or the opportunity needs written approval first — the creative, the targeting, and the landing page.

Even with approval: never bid on a Company name or variation as a keyword in any match type, never put a Company name in a headline or display URL, never run an ad that looks like it came from the Company or from customer service, never advertise a price or promotion we have not published, and never target minors or target people by health condition or medical interest.

Add Company names as negative keywords in every paid search campaign.

Affiliate Agreement 6.12

Email, SMS and messaging

Send only to people who gave you documented consent. Identify yourself, include your postal address, give a working unsubscribe and honour it fast. Never buy, rent, scrape, or trade lists.

Never message someone because you saw them in a Company system, in another affiliate's team, or in a genealogy report. Exporting Company customer, prospect, or genealogy data to your own mailing platform or CRM is a serious breach and is treated as misuse of trade secrets.

When you collect data on your own site you are the data controller for it. That means your own privacy notice, your own consent records, your own retention schedule, and valid TLS on the site. Do not collect health information on a lead form.

If you become aware of a data breach involving Quantum Lifestyle customers, prospects, or affiliates, open a support ticket in your Back Office within 24 hours. If someone sends you a data request, forward it the same way within 3 business days. Those clocks are short because the legal ones are.

Affiliate Agreement 6.13 and 21.4

Where you can market

Only in markets we have opened. Your content must not target or advertise into markets we have not opened, and must not offer to ship there.

Russia and Belarus are prohibited territories. No marketing, enrolling, selling, shipping, forwarding, or facilitating any transaction into or out of them, and no accepting payment from anyone located there. The same applies to anyone under OFAC, EU, UK, or Swiss sanctions.

Publishing in a language that is not an official language of an open market may be treated as targeting a closed one.

Affiliate Agreement 6.14

Using AI tools

You can use AI to help draft and edit your own marketing. You are responsible for everything you publish, regardless of what produced it. AI-generated product claims, translations, statistics, and citations are frequently wrong, and none of it counts as approved material.

Never publish synthetic or altered images, audio, or video showing a person using or endorsing our products, showing a physical result, or imitating the voice or likeness of any officer, employee, affiliate, celebrity, or medical professional.

Affiliate Agreement 6.15

Do not promote other opportunities here

A property that promotes Quantum Lifestyle cannot also promote, display, link to, or mention another direct selling company, network marketing opportunity, competing product line, or income opportunity. No portfolio-of-ventures presentation.

And you may not use any online property, or any audience you built through this business, to recruit Quantum Lifestyle affiliates or customers into something else. That rule is broader than most people expect — inviting someone to look at another company counts, even if you never ask them to join, and it still counts if they asked you first.

Affiliate Agreement 6.16 and 26

If we find a problem

We monitor online activity referencing Quantum Lifestyle and we get reports from the field, from customers, and occasionally from regulators. Usually the first step is an email asking you to fix or remove something, normally within 48 hours.

Health claims, income claims, and marketplace listings can result in immediate action without a warning first, because the exposure is regulatory rather than reputational.

Affiliate Agreement 6.18 and 11.3

If you leave

Within 10 calendar days of resignation or termination: remove all Company names, approved materials, product images, and references to Quantum Lifestyle from every property you control; turn off any redirect to your replicated site; delete or rename any account, group, or channel using a Company name; stop all advertising; transfer any non-compliant domain to the Company at your cost; and delete all Company customer and prospect data.

Where you previously identified as an affiliate, say clearly that you no longer are. These obligations survive termination.

Affiliate Agreement 6.18 and 11.5

Not sure whether something is allowed? Ask before you publish. General questions: support@quantumlifestyle.com. Approvals and anything about your account: open a support ticket in your Back Office. A one-line question is always cheaper than a takedown.
