Your rank is based on your team's product sales volume across the current week and the three before it. Each new week starts fresh, and the oldest week drops off.
When you qualify for a rank, you're paid at that rank for four consecutive weeks. If your team's volume grows during that cycle, you move up right away and a new four-week cycle begins.
